Applefest 2011 Gathering Day

So, before Applefest happens, one must collect the bushels and bushels of apples that will be needed to cook into applesauce, press into cider, bake into pies, bake into crisps, fry in donuts, etc...  We got together with Emily, Anica and Clayton, Liz, and Stacee, Jack, Ezra and Finn to "pick" apples at a local orchard.

 We are teaching Auntie Patty how to choose good drops.  No bruises or holes!
